Many Thanks
I would like to start by saying if you did not make it to the February meeting you missed a great one. I would like to thank TIADA President Phil Lathrop, Executive Director Jeff Martin, and Lobbyist Mario Martinez for being our guest speakers. We also had distinguished guests speakers join us for the evening: the Honorable Ed Thompson and the Honorable Carol Alvarado. I would like to thank Mr. Eddie Pope with Manheim Houston for the door prizes. Note that you can now see highlights of the meeting on HIADA’s YouTube page thanks to Bob Hawkins. We are having a great time and informative meetings so far in 2016. To keep the excitement going, we have a change of venue for our March meeting thanks to the suggestion of Mike Zak. We are hosting a crawfish boil at Rajin Cajun featuring a Floor Plan Panel to lead us in discussion for the night!
On another note, I would also like to thank Mr. Tim Bowers with Houston Auto Auction for holding drawings for memberships into our association. All of our auctions are participating in our membership drive with our auction cards and we are very thankful for that. If you have friends that are not members, talk to them and get them signed up! The larger we are, the more voice we have. So again I thank all of you for your participation.
