Eric and Huff also reminded everyone just because it is repossession it is not your car until all paperwork is completed and you retain possession of the collateral until then it is only a default of the buyer.
Finally we were reminded that effective February 1 2015, all Motor Vehicle Sales Finance License applications would only be accepted through ALECS [Application Licensing Examination Compliance System]. In addition to renewing your license you also have the ability of conduct self-service transactions, make payments on-line, review the application process, and more.
