Dr . David Wan grew up in Houston , Texas . He attended the University of Texas in Austin , where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a minor in Chemistry . He matriculated into the University of Texas Houston Dental Branch and received his DDS in 2005 . He continued his education at UTHDB and was awarded his specialty certificate in Endodontics and a Masters degree . Dr . Wan is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists and he is also a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society . He enjoys spending quality time with his wife Angelina and two sons , Aiden and Ashton .
Dr . Nikhil Reddy was born and raised in Houston . After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin , he then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and continued his training at the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in San Antonio . His passion for endodontics drove him to specialize and completed his postgraduate program of endodontics at The University of Alabama at Birmingham . Dr . Reddy believes in the highest quality care for his patients with a conservative approach . He strives in having an honest relationship with each patient , with a delicate balance of appreciation , empathy , communication , and clinical excellence .
Dr . Candice Yang found her passion for the specialty of endodontics when she was still in dental school . After practicing as a general dentist for several years in Taiwan , she decided to come to the United States for advance training in endodontics . She received her Certificate in Endodontics and a Doctor of Science in Dentistry degree from Boston University . When not at the office , Dr . Yang spends her spare time with her husband and two daughters .
Dr . Jesse Rosario grew up in sunny Orlando , Florida . As a kid , he spent most of his free time outside playing pick-up games of basketball and football . Dr . Rosario was a firefighter for the city of Ocoee , Florida for approximately seven years . He earned a degree in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida . Afterward , he received his DMD from the UAB School of Dentistry . Dr . Rosario returned to Orlando , Florida to practice general dentistry for some time , where he realized his real passion was endodontics . Dr . Rosario received his specialty training in endodontics from the UAB School of Dentistry .
Dr . Mei Tang grew up in Macau , China . She attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine for her dental degree . She completed her endodontic specialty training , earning her Certificate in Endodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry degree from Virginia Commonwealth University . She is an active member of the
American Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists . Dr . Tang also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin . During her free time , she enjoys cooking , baking , tennis , and dancing .
Dr . Ji Wook Jeong is board certified as an endodontist by the American Board of Endodontics . He earned a dental degree at Kyunghee University in Seoul , South Korea , in 2001 and became a credentialed Associate Fellow of American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2008 . He completed a postgraduate degree and endodontics specialty training at the University of Texas at Houston School of Dentistry ( UTSD ). He is a tenure track Assistant Professor at UTSD . Internationally , he has been lecturing on “ Microsurgery in Endodontics ” for Japanese dentists . He is also lecturing nationally on “ Modern Obturation Techniques in Endodontics .”
Dr . Hira Assad was based in Dubai before being accepted at the prestigious University of California , Los Angeles Endodontics Residency Program affiliated with the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center , where she trained under world renowned professors and clinicians . She received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Khyber College of Dentistry . She graduated at the top of her class and received many national and international awards . She is singularly focused on providing the highest care standards in endodontics and microsurgery . She is a member of American Association of Endodontists . Dr . Hira is married with a daughter . At home , she loves to paint , design fabric , and cook .
Dr . Armando Mejia obtained his Bachelor ’ s Degree in Science at the University of Puerto Rico with magna cum laude honors . He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico Dental School at the Medical Science Campus in 1981 , where he earned his DMD degree . He practiced general dentistry for 14 years and then decided to enhance his professional career by attending the School of Dentistry at the Boston University . Here , he was awarded a specialty Certificate in Endodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry . Dr . Mejia has been serving the Houston community for the past 20 years . He speaks English and Spanish fluently .
Dr . Dave Patel grew up in South Florida . He attended the University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree . He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine . After graduating dental school , he completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Providence , RI at which time he decided to pursue endodontics . After completing specialty training in endodontics at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center , he practiced in Minnesota before moving to Texas .
