It is important to find time to care for yourself by eating
well, resting, and having fun throughout these stressful
times. Here are some tips to help you out

being and boosts self-esteem!
Hit the gym or take a yoga class.
Exercise in almost any form is a great
stress reliever that will help improve
your mood and clear your head
Do something that
will make you laugh
uncontrollably. When you
laugh, it allows your body
to “cool down” causing you
to feel relaxed!
Watch your favorite movie or
show. Take some time to chill
and let yourself relax! It’s a great
way to reduce stress and improve
concentration

the stress! Take some time and
enjoy some “me” time in order
to destress
Drown your stress with
a friend’s night in. It’s
never wrong to hang out
