Accommodations for Students with Disabilities
Students can request accommodations if they have been approved by the Office
of Disability Services. To be considered for accommodations, contact the Office of
Disability Services at 443-352-4920 or [e-mail]. Deadline for
accommodation requests is March 1st, 2018.
Faculty in the Halls Program
The faculty members help to provide a bridge between the students’ residential lives
and their academic experiences. They meet on a regular basis with the students in their
residence halls, and plan interesting activities so that every resident has a chance to meet
others, learn new things, and experience all Stevenson has to offer. The Faculty in the Halls
program provides:
1. Partnerships with faculty and staff
2. Dialogue with peers about academic and social issues outside the classroom
3. Increased satisfaction with overall academic experience and a higher persistence rate
4 .Enhanced connection with Stevenson University and the Baltimore community
5. Increased satisfaction with the transition from high school to college
