Days 1-2: Boston Explore one of the oldest cities in the USA, founded by Puritan colonists in 1630.
Day 3: Boston – Salem – Portsmouth – Kennebunkport( 150km) Along the route north lies almost four centuries of history, as well as some of the coast’ s finest beaches. First stop is Salem, the location of the infamous witch trials.
Day 4: Kennebunkport – Wiscasset – Bar Harbor( 340km) Travel along the Maine Coast to Bar Harbor where you’ ll see quaint fishing villages along the way.
Day 5: Bar Harbor – Acadia National Park – Bar Harbor( 564km) A full day to explore this lovely national park.
Day 6: Bar Harbor – White Mountains( 370km) Enjoy the spectacular scenery of the White Mountains.
Day 7: White Mountains – Vermont’ s Northeast Kingdom – Stowe( 200km)
Day 8: Stowe – Green Mountains – The Berkshires( 260km) Day 9: The Berkshires – Lenox – Newport( 290km) Day 10: Newport – Cape Cod( 160km)
Day 11: Cape Cod Discover magnificent Cape Cod with its high cliffs, rolling dunes, broad beaches, kilometres of walking trails and picturesque villages.

Green Mountains – With their dense forests, these mountains are home to bears, moose and deer. You’ ll also see picture-perfect villages and some of Vermont’ s famous covered bridges.
