Brisbane River Citycat – Spend a day getting your
bearings by jumping on a CityCat and exploring the city and
its riverside precincts like New Farm, Kangaroo Point, South
Bank and West End.
South Bank – Soak up some rays and cool off with a free dip
at Streets Beach (Australia’s only inner city beach), a water
park, walks, promenades and lots of restaurants, plus check
out the Young Designers Market on Little Stanley Street.

Free Bus Service – Take the ‘Loop’, a free and convenient
bus service that travels around the CBD in both directions
and gives you a great feel for the layout of the city (Monday-
Friday).
Foodie Heaven – Dining hotspots include Eagle Street
Pier in the City, River Quay at South Bank and the eat streets
in urban villages like Boundary Street in West End, Oxford
Street in Bulimba and Logan Road in Woolloongabba. You’ll
be in foodie heaven with Moreton Bay seafood, fresh farm
produce and local boutique Queensland wineries.
Events & Culture – Enjoy exclusive shows, exhibitions
and sporting events including the Brisbane International
and State of Origin. Alongside outstanding local offerings, in
world-class venues and inviting outdoor settings.
Walking Tours – Jump on a Brisbane Greeter Walking

Tour – a great free way to explore Brisbane with a local
Brisbanite. Brisbane Greeters are locals who love living here,
whether you’re passionate about public art, architecture or
WWII – you name it, the Brisbane Greeters can cover it in
their various walking tours around the city.
Nature & Wildlife – Brisbane is blessed with parks and
feels like a green city. Explore the City Botanic Gardens or
Roma Street Parklands. For koala lovers, head to Lone Pine
Koala Sanctuary or take a trip to North Stradbroke Island for
the perfect nature getaway.
