If the rent doesn’t include utilities, you’ll need to let
your provider know. You can change providers so
shop around for the best prices using comparison
websites. If you do change suppliers, inform your
landlord.
Get a TV license
You’ll need one if you plan to watch live TV
whether it’s on a television, laptop, tablet or PC.
You can get one for the property or, if you have an
individual tenancy agreement, you will need one

Insurance
You’ll need to get contents insurance to cover your

Write a review
Don’t forget to help future tenants by updating
