Wilson Chan’s Perodua Kelisa InspIred by a cartoon character - but certaInly not chIldIsh ! Spurred on from his first professional outing, he decided to further enhance the outlook of his car, wanting it to be unique, colourful and appealing to the masses. After much discussion with his previous girlfriend, who inspired the final design direction, he chose the famous character from the popular kids cartoon, Eeyore - from Winnie the Pooh, to be it’s main identity. While other car owners built their cars around racing or luxury themes, Wilson wanted to put a smile on everyone’s faces wherever he went. The gentle hues of blue, pink and black (colours of Eeyore) made the car easy on the eyes, yet still be able to stand out from the crowd in a flash. 72
