HOBART AWARDED SINGAPORE GREEN LABEL

Hobart ’ s AMX model from the ProFi series received the Singapore Green Label award for environmental compatibility .
After further optimizing its hood-type dishwashers , Hobart ’ s AMX model from its ProFi series received the Singapore Green Label award for environmental compatibility from the Singapore Environmental Council .
The hood-type AMX dishwasher is one of the most economic dishwashers on the market , according to Hobart . Environmentally friendly features include its standard exhaust energy storage that reduces energy consumption . A completely sealed hood keeps hot waste steam in the system so stored heat energy can be reused . Among the benefits of this dishwasher , Hobart cites possible savings of up to 3,120 kilowatt-hours per year , as well as a noticeable improvement in kitchen climate .
FHA HORECA HOSTS COVID-19 ROUNDTABLE
FHA HoReCa hosted a roundtable on how COVID-19 has impacted hospitality . According to the panel , branded hotels , franchised restaurant chains and corporations that already invested in automating processes now find it easier to go digital .
Ahmad Magad , secretary general , Singapore Manufacturing Federation , said companies should “ embark on the digitalization bandwagon to train their employees and implement digital solutions tailored to their business requirements .”
DISH OFFERS FREE SERVICE PERIOD
Aiming to provide economic relief to businesses impacted by COVID-19 , Dish is offering two free months of bulk TV service to new commercial business customers through 2020 . “ We ’ re proud to reduce the economic barriers businesses may face in order to provide their guests , residents and patients with the best entertainment experience out there ,” said Amir Ahmed , SVP of sales , Dish .

INTERMOUNTAIN , CAMPO FORM SERVICE ALLIANCE
Noting that in COVID-19 ’ s wake , hotel owners must return properties to the market quickly while meeting new sanitation standards , and also that recent financial stresses mean hotel ownership will undergo transitions as properties are sold at a discount , InterMountain and Campo formed an alliance offering services for development , design , procurement and management . The collaboration eliminates the need for negotiating multiple contracts with consultants , the companies say . Services include architecture , interior design , procurement , management , project management for new builds and renovations , feasibility analysis , revenue management and more .
CINTAS RECEIVES DESIGN AWARD
Design Collective by Cintas was recognized for its wardrobe collections by the North American Association of Uniform Manufacturers & Distributors ( NAUMD ), receiving awards in the casino , hotel multi-unit and health care categories . Design Collective also tied for the Best of the Best award given to the best overall program each year . The awards were presented by the Image Apparel Institute , a division of the NAUMD .
