Spanning 2021-2022 , the 52-page report follows the Global Reporting Initiative ( GRI ) standards and highlights the company ’ s commitment to sustainability ahead of EU-mandated disclosure . With a global presence in 116 countries and over 600 employees , ADA complies with international guidelines concerning labor practices , human rights , consumer and environmental protection and anticorruption measures . The company
has committed itself to adhering to the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals ( SDGs ).
