GRAND HYATT SUCCEEDS WITH BEEKEEPER
Since the Grand Hyatt Doha implemented HyBuzz , Beekeeper ’ s mobile and desktop communications platform , management and operations have improved . Equally important , the platform has established a communication culture in line with employee lifestyles and preferences .
Named after the Hyatt brand and using the corporate design , Hy- Buzz allows employees to feel more connected to each other and to the hotel . Top-down , bottom-up and peer-to-peer communication has increased substantially with almost 90 % of management and staff using HyBuzz to do everything from sharing VIP information to organizing employee yoga classes .
MSI CELEBRATES 500TH INSTALLATION
MSI announced its 500th installation of CloudPM , the company ' s True Cloud Hotel Property Management System . Best Western , MyPlace , Woodspring Suites and other independent properties have installed MSI ' s system solution , which features an innovative group booking engine , dynamic rate management tools and powerful management reports .

SERENATA CELEBRATES , SIGNS ALTHOFF

Serenata Nethotel gathers data on guests over the course of their entire " customer journey ," then analyzes and reports that data to the hotel for more targeted communication .

HYATT IN CHICAGO WORKS WITH BULK TV
Bulk TV & Internet ' s HD IPTV system was installed in over 2,000 rooms at the Hyatt Regency Chicago . The IPTV system offers a combination of IP delivered DIRECTV channels and embedded applications featured on Samsung ' s smart UHD TV platform .
The project at Hyatt Regency Chicago brought together an Ethernet infrastructure enabled for IPTV delivery to each guest television , all of which now receive 60 HD channels with a wide range of movies and sports channels to satisfy every guest . In addition , the property upgraded to a new custom-engineered headend system .
