Igeho 2015 debuts Igeho Campus
Igeho , an international exhibition for hotels , catering and extra-domestic consumption will be held from November 21 to 25 at Messe Basel in Basel , Switzerland . This year , the exhibition will debut the Igeho Campus , an industry meeting point featuring speakers and discussion rounds . Igeho Campus will offer networking opportunities for attendees . The SmarTV Company , LLC introduced a Chromecast-based Over-The-Top ( OTT ) streaming solution that allows hotel guests to stream content wirelessly from their mobile devices . Available in Q3 2015 , the solution integrates with the GuestSmarTV experience and engagement platform in addition to existing DirecTV , Dish Networks and Cable TV Free to Guest TV systems .
The SmarTV OTT Streaming Module enables guests to use their own devices to cast their photos , music and videos to their TVs , and content from hundreds of Google Chromecast-enabled apps from content providers such as Netflix , Pandora , Hulu , WatchESPN and HBOGo .

Agilysys , Inc ., a provider of hospitality software solutions and services , and Travelnuts , Inc ., a developer of hotel booking engine technology , announced a partnership agreement whereby the Travelnuts booking engine will be integrated with the Agilysys rGuest Stay Property Management System with the goal of helping hotels improve conversion rates , drive incremental revenue and increase guest satisfaction .

Amadeus announced that it is expanding its technology offerings to the hotel industry with the acquisition of Netherlands-based Itesso BV , a provider of property management systems . With its cloud-native Itesso Enterprise Lodging System , the company plans to enter a new generation of property management solutions . This deal brings Amadeus closer to its vision of uniting Central Reservation Systems , Property Management Systems , Revenue Management Systems , and Sales and Catering into a cloud-based community model platform .
