Blanco Professional is now wholly owned by Blanc & Fischer Family Holding , which previously held 70 % of its shares . The funds will primarily be invested in developing high-growth business areas , including digitization , hygiene and catering products .

Blanco Professional , with its focus on catering and industrial business units , suffered a double-digit decline in sales in 2020 as a result of the pandemic , and the trend is expected to continue in 2021 .
“ It is , therefore , essential now to quickly align the company with highgrowth business areas ,” notes Haupt . “ Blanco can better achieve this with a homogenous shareholder structure wholly owned by a strong and economically very solidly positioned corporate family .”
