With us , what you see is what you get . We advocate sustainability not just in our manufacturing efforts , but with our team initiatives , as well . We ’ ve been replacing plastic water bottles , containers and utensils at our corporate and distribution centers with reusable products and sustainable solutions as much as possible .
Our partnerships and collaborations have shaped the way in which we design and manufacture our products , whether it be an extension to a current line or a new collection . We are proudly Avendra certified , which means our hotel accessory collections fall within Marriott Corporate standards .
During the pandemic , supply chain issues were at the forefront . Did those issues affect FOH ®’ s business and , if so , have those issues now been resolved ? The pandemic was an especially challenging time , as our main customers were hotels and restaurants , which were essentially shut down for almost a year . 2020 was difficult in many aspects , but it allowed us an opportunity to grow as a business and to think “ outside the box .” As a minorityowned manufacturing business , we are fully aware of the setbacks brought on by the pandemic and pivoted quickly to meet the needs of our partners and customers by reimagining our products . The fact that we have several distribution warehouses throughout the world also meant that we could reduce shipping delays .
To help combat PPE shortages , FOH ® launched FOH ® Health Essentials , which included medical-grade facemasks . The division is FOH ®’ s third brand , joining Front of the House ® and room360 ® by FOH ®. The goal was to bring immediate and lasting benefits to our customers as well as the people they serve and help support our industry . It was a blessing in disguise that allowed us to donate over a million facemasks to our community .
What are the issues and trends you will be tracking over the next six to 12 months and how could they define / impact your business ? The last few years have been about strategic planning for massive growth globally , with our WBENC and NGLCC certifications , global distribution centers , wide network of showrooms and vast product lines .
Logistics are at the forefront of our business . As we mentioned earlier , we have several distribution centers worldwide and are opening more locations to further shorten delivery timeframes and reduce our carbon footprint .

to be innovative , adaptable and flexible in ways that serve our team , partners and industry with a solution-focused mindset that strengthens our approach to foster connections instead of transactions . This mindset has always been a differentiating factor in our brands and will continue to be as we expand .
We also want to continue creating a network of like-minded individuals , from designers to chefs and major industry players in between . We want to provide our partners with the opportunity to grow and think about all the ways we can continue to shape the future of the industry together .
Overall , FOH ® will continue to design , manufacture and launch new collections that serve all hospitality segments and push the boundaries of design . The need for innovative yet durable and functional solutions is at an all-time high , and we will continue to keep track of the industry ’ s everevolving needs and expectations .
