I am inspired by innovation in leadership , the art of “ out-of-the-box ” thinking and working together with my teams . My role is instigator and influencer ; and my inspiration comes from strong values and business integrity which reflects onto my teams as honesty , transparency and unity . I am inspired by great business leaders such as Mr . Jean-Claude Biver , chairman of Hublot and CEO of TAG Heuer , who share their leadership success secrets and practices so openly . As I ’ ve climbed the career ladder over the past 30 years , I take great pleasure in passing on my knowledge to the next generation of hoteliers .
