VILLEROY & BOCH CELEBRATES 275TH COMPANY ANNIVERSARY .
Founded in 1748 , Villeroy & Boch has transformed from a production-oriented ceramicist to a comprehensive lifestyle provider and international group . 275 years of Villeroy & Boch reflect a unique company history and constantly proving itself in the challenges of time . Challenges from political and societal changes , from the dynamism of market conditions , from the development of technology . New procedures , material formulations , colours and shapes have taken hold , while ceramic as a durable natural product remains at the centre of the company . While the founding fathers François Boch and Nicolas Villeroy still had a regional focus when they merged in 1836 , Villeroy & Boch has developed into a global player in the continued course of the company history .
The first products were simple household commodities . Today , 275 years later , Villeroy & Boch uses its diverse offering to create holistically designed spaces and worlds of style . Nowadays Villeroy & Boch is represented in 125 countries and employs 6,400 people from 81 countries .

In 2023 , the trade fair INTERNORGA , a hotbed of new trends , source of ideas , and meeting place for the entire food service and hospitality industry , will welcome visitors at the Hamburg Fair site from March 10 to 14 . National and international out-of-home industry key players have confirmed their attendance to present highlights , trends , and insights . The international trade fair will once again offer solutions , valuable inspiration and networking opportunities for the industry and will offer a new meeting place and discussion forum for all newcomers and sustainability topics . The new INTERNORGA Open Stage will serve as a hub for current industry topics and insights ; it will enable targeted know-how transfer from industry to industry to meet the ever-present challenges with appropriate solutions . The fair will also present its Next Chef Award , the INTERNORGA Future Award and the Deutscher Gastro-Gründerpreis Award .
