INTERNORGA 2018 ENDS ON HIGH NOTE Internorga , international trade show for the food service and hospitality industries , concluded its 2018 show to high reviews from attendees . The fully booked show reported that 93 % of visitors rated the show as excellent or good and 94 % would recommend it to others , according to a survey by an independent market research agency .
New in 2018 were the Craft Spirit Lounge , the German Gastro Prize and the Next Chef Award . Internorga also partnered with Pro- Veg Deutschland to create a consulting opportunity for foodservice operators interested in vegan and vegetarian food . The 93rd Internorga will be held at the Hamburg Messe convention center in Hamburg , Germany from March 15-19 , 2019 .
IntelliLinen from Diversey provides real-time information about laundry processes .
DIVERSEY INTRODUCES INTELLILINEN Diversey developed its IntelliLinen laundry dispenser powered by the company ’ s Internet of Clean . The system provides real-time and remote transparency of energy and water consumption , chemical accuracy , machine downtime and day-to-day operational costs to prevent laundry disruptions and errors . The service was nominated for an Interclean Amsterdam 2018 Innovation Award .
The IntelliLinen dispenser connects to any mobile device to give teams visibility into the wash process along with actionable insights , such as highlighting where laundry managers can reduce water and energy consumption , how to achieve better chemical dosage and which machines are underused or creating bottlenecks .
ASSA ABLOY LAUNCHES VINGCARD E100
Assa Abloy Hospitality launched the VingCard E100 lock , designed to work with lock cases built according to the German DIN standard and Scandinavian Industry Standard ( SIS ). The lock , engineered with back-of-house operations in mind , is compatible with RFID keycards and addresses challenges created by varying door configurations in staff areas . The lock can be installed on doors that feature narrow lock cases in aluminum frames and on sliding doors .
Assa Abloy also implemented several of its solutions at KViHotel in Budapest , Hungary . The hotel uses Mobile Access , VingCard Allure electronic door locks and the Visionline software platform .
