A collaboration of Concrete and Montroy Andersen DeMarco Architects , the 230-room hotel greets guests with a lobby featuring floor-to-ceiling bookshelves filled with an eclectic mix of art and objects from around the world in addition to a Julian Opie installation commissioned for the property .
