MARKET LEADERSHIP AND CONSISTENCY New York has maintained its position as the preeminent luxury hotel market over the past decade, with the highest luxury hotel transaction volume($ 10.1 billion) and most consistent investment activity( 38 luxury hotel transactions). Miami is a strong second with $ 3.7 billion in sales and 23 transactions. These gateway markets have demonstrated resilience through economic cycles, underscoring their appeal to both institutional and foreign capital.
