THERMOPLAN BLACK & WHITE4 NEO WINS RED DOT AWARD : PRODUCT DESIGN
Black & White4 neo from Swiss manufacturer Thermoplan , launched in autumn 2021 , won the Red Dot Award : Product Design , which honors products and devices with outstanding design quality . Additionally , functionality , innovation , and smartness of a product are also included in the assessment . The international award has established itself as one of the most coveted seals of quality for unique design .
Products winning the Red Dot Award are allowed to carry the label throughout the entire product life cycle . Neo distinguishes itself from comparable models with its highly intuitive design , its simple handling , and its sophisticated sensor technology . The convenient power connection and integrated water tank make this fully automatic coffee machine the perfect choice for mobile use . The machine was designed by Dani Graf , who has been creating designs for Thermoplan for many years , together with the R & D department .
CARSTEN KULCKE TAKES OVER RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOTEL BUSINESS OF WMF GMBH
On June 1st Carsten Kulcke ( 54 ) took over as general manager of the Global Business Unit Hotel and thus the role of Managing Director of pro Heq GmbH . In this position he reports directly to Oliver Kastalio , CEO of WMF GmbH . “ We are delighted to bring Carsten Kulcke , a proven strategist and an experienced brand manager with many years of experience in the premium sector and a good track record , on board ,” says Kastalio . Kulcke brings extensive experience in managing and developing companies in the luxury and premium consumer goods sector , having held management positions at Rimowa and Victorinox , most recently serving as chief product officer . Carsten Kulcke thus succeeds Marten van der Mei ( 52 ), the previous General Manager Global Business Unit , who left WMF GmbH to pursue new challenges .
