WMF PROFESSIONAL COFFEE MACHINES EXPANDS SERVICE STRATEGY Customer satisfaction , economic success , and smooth operations – these are the cornerstones of the new international service strategy of WMF Professional Coffee Machines . With a total of 1.2 million active coffee machines globally , around 85,000 customers count on the global network services . Broadvine ’ s technology will bolster MDO ’ s growth and expand its platform by adding standardized hotel budgeting capabilities with week-over-week forecasts . MDO notes that Broadvine ’ s customers will benefit from additional support and customer success resources from MDO ’ s global team of hospitality technologists and customer success professionals .
“ Budgeting and forecasting is the number one thing that our customers have asked us for over the last 18 to 24 months ,” said Ali Moloo , founder and chief executive officer , MDO . “ This acquisition instantly rounds out our platform to create a truly end-to-end hotel performance management system .
