DEBUTS IN-ROOM ENTERTAINMENT IPTV PLATFORM
GROUPE GM , JO MALONE LAUNCH LUXURY HOTEL AMENITIES Groupe GM partnered with lifestyle brand Jo Malone London to create a range of luxury bath amenities for hotels . The line , called Lime Basil and Mandarin , features Jo Malone ’ s signature fragrance with notes of Caribbean lime , peppery basil and white thyme .
“ We are thrilled to be adding the renowned Jo Malone London brand to our portfolio ,” says Laurent Marchand , president , Groupe GM . “ The house ’ s timeless fragrance and elegance will answer the needs of the increasingly discerning hotel guests . DORMAKABA EXPANDS PRODUCTS , SERVICE OFFERINGS
Access control and locking systems provider Dormakaba expanded its hospitality offerings by combining its hotel , architectural services , and consulting teams and products . Dormakaba says its total development solution suite leverages its industry experience to provide stakeholders with project services from design and development to construction administration .
“ The merger of Dorma and Kaba , followed by our acquisition of the mechanical security businesses from Stanley Black & Decker , makes it possible for Dormakaba to extend a much wider suite of products and services to hoteliers ,” says Stephen Pollack , vice president of marketing , Dormakaba .
Allbridge introduced Allbridge Entertainment , a new in-room entertainment IPTV platform for hotels . The product delivers a cloud-based , interactive TV experience with features that increase user engagement , says the company . Guests access streaming technology and content selections as they would in their own homes . The product includes an interactive program guide , smart TV capabilities , casting through Chromecast-enabled applications and video-on-demand .
“ Allbridge Entertainment enables hotels to showcase amenities and onsite services while providing endless entertainment options for guests ,” says Matt Koch , chief product officer .

DIVERSEY OPENS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CENTER
After 40 years of service , Dan Helwig , director of training and applications , retired from Diversey . In his honor , Diversey dedicated its new customer experience center in its South Carolina global headquarters to him , naming it the Daniel C . Helwig Customer Experience Center .
Helwig held roles including production manager , and regional and national sales executive . “ This is a fitting honor to Dan ’ s long career with Diversey and it is with the deepest gratitude that we were able to make this happen ,” says Paul Budsworth , president , Diversey North America .
MEIKO EXPANDS TO THE BALKANS
Meiko Austria , based in Vienna , has opened an office in Belgrade , Serbia . The firm inaugurated the office by inviting local dealers and customers to a celebration that included a wine tasting with Suwi Zlatic , an Austrian sommelier . Meiko then used its dishwashers to clean the glasses .
“ The opening is not only an investment in the competitiveness of the company , but also a clear sign for our retail partners ,” says Herbert Kregl , managing director , Meiko Austria . “ We are very focused on this and would like to expand our relationship in the future , be closer to the customer and react even faster .”
