RAK PORCELAIN AT IKA / CULINARY OLYMPICS
RAK Porcelain was the exclusive supplier of tableware for the IKA / Culinary Olympics held from October 22 to 25 , 2016 , at Messe Erfurt in Germany . More than 2,000 chefs from 59 countries prepared over 7,000 meals . Singapore won the competition with Finland in second place and Switzerland in third .
RAK Porcelain supplied oval plates from its Giro line , designed by Gemma Bernal , a Spanish artist . The company provided more than 15,000 tableware products for the competition , held by VKD , the Association of German Chefs .
INDEL B NOW PREFERRED BY HILTON IN USA
After its nomination as a preferred supplier by Hilton Worldwide on the international side , Indel B Minibars has been listed as a preferred supplier to Hilton Worldwide for the United States and Canada .

ZIEHER WINS AT MAISON & OBJET Zieher presented its product range for the high-end retail market at the Maison & Objet fair in Paris , France . Zieher ’ s wine glass series Vision took two awards at the Grand Prix Table et Cadeau 2016 . The glasses came in first in the category bar / oenology and also were chose as best product across all categories and honored with Le Grand Prix de l ’ année 2016 . Products were judged on innovative character , aesthetic design and quality .
RESUINSA EXPANDS TO SRI LANKA Resuinsa announced the opening of a new company , Rell Hotels Lanka , in Colombo , Sri Lanka . Rell Hotels Lanka is the seventh Resuinsa company that is part of the firm ’ s international expansion . Resuinsa also signed a collaboration agreement with San Sebastian Chef Martín Berasategui to become its global ambassador .
SERENATA PARTNERS WITH NEW BRAND Linder Hotels ’ new “ me and all hotels ” brand will use Serenata ’ s NetHotel CRM . The brand targets millennials , who are perceived to be technologically savvy . The first “ me and all hotels ” locations will open by the end of 2018 in Dusseldorf , Hannover , Kiel and Mainz , Germany .
