SYS Systemfiltration GmbH in Tuttlingen , Germany , recently won a German state prize for its innovative oil filter system .
The filter is used in hotels , restaurants and other establishments where food is fried . It cleans oil and grease from microparticles , suspended and bitter substances . An additional instrument displays the optimal time to change the oil .
Other awards garnered by SYS Systemfiltration include the prestigious Euro-Toques Technology Award 2011 .

RAK TOUTS SUCCESS OF ‘ PERSONALIZATION CORNER ’
The Salon Equip ’ Hôtel 2012 hosted the RAK Porcelain teams as they presented RAK ’ s range of products in addition to a “ personalization corner .” Here , restaurant owners and hotel chain managers were able to visualize and personalize their tableware . For the occasion , a RAK designer provided advice and performed customers ’ requests using digital media and in cooperation with the customers themselves .

Blanco CS has been renamed Blanco Professional to distinguish itself from its affiliated company , Blanco . Blanco Professional is in the B2B sector for commercial kitchens and medical facilities .“ The new company name is succinct and favorable for international use ,” says Friedrich Schock , chief executive officer of Blanco Professional . “ We expect Blanco Professional to develop a higher level of attractiveness around the globe .”
HILTON VALIDATES AGREEMENT WITH DOMETIC
After its successful nomination as a preferred supplier by Hilton Worldwide on the international side , Dometic Group has officially been listed as a preferred supplier to Hilton Worldwide for the United States and Canada .
“ We are looking forward to working with Hilton Supply Management and Hilton hotels over the term of this agreement ,” says Peter Kuzyk , territory manager for Dometic North America .
