Ambiente, the trade fair focused on dining culture and hospitality, returns to Frankfurt February 6-10, 2026, with an expanded emphasis on hospitality, interior design and solutions to elevate the guest experience. New features include Ambiente Projects, which unites HoReCa, Hospitality Interiors and Contract Business in one dedicated platform. The Hospitality Academy will offer design trends insights, best practices and expert talks within an integrated academy. Another highlight includes the Hotelier’ s Day, which specifically addresses decision-makers from the hotel, restaurant, kitchen and F & B management sectors. Through panels, guided tours and networking events, the focus will be on presenting concrete solutions to the industry’ s current challenges: staffing, cost pressures and shifting guest expectations.

The newly formed PINK PLANET GROUP brings together BWT Water Dispensing, ADA Cosmetics and BWT water + more to advance sustainable luxury within the global hospitality sector. With more than 1,000 employees, in-house production and strong R & D capabilities, the group aims to make sustainability a standard across comfort, hygiene and guest experience. The group integrates water treatment innovation and sustainable beauty solutions. INTERGASTRA, the trade fair for hotel and gastronomy business, floors February 7-11, 2026, at Messe Stuttgart, with highlights including vending systems, staffing and the innovation platform NEWFOOD X NOW. Visitors can expect a strong and varied program of accompanying events, such as interactive workshop formats, live shows, competitions and congresses, all developed by Messe Stuttgart in partnership with sponsors including DEHOGA Baden-Württemberg, BDV Vending( German Vending Association) and other key players. The fair’ s themed area for vending is key: Automation and digitalization are providing the industry with innovative solutions for greater efficiency and new business models, especially now with the growing need for skilled labor.
