What does REACH actually mean ?
It means Registration , Evaluation , Authorisation and restrictions of CHemicals and it came into force back in 2007 . REACH rationalizes and improves the former European Union regulatory framework on chemical products . The primary objective of REACH is to ensure a heightened level of protection of human health and environmental protection against risks which may be posed by chemicals .
