It took five years and hundreds of written pages about the philosophy of hospitality for former Le Sorbonne philosophy professor and Mama Shelter creator Cyril Aouizerate to finally “ smell ” the concept for Mob Hotels , his hotel experience that focuses on individual and community wellbeing . With financial backing in place , the plan is to develop and manage eight hotels over five years in Europe and the United States , and then just maybe find more partners who understand and are willing to spread “ the movement .” For Aouizerate , guest experience should firmly drive creation and innovation in hospitality .
