Randy Morton oversees a team of 8,200 employees as president and chief operating offer of Bellagio . Since 2007 , Morton has been responsible for all of the hotel ’ s operations while also playing a leading role on MGM Resorts ’ international corporate social responsibility committee focused on sustainability , diversity and philanthropy .
In addition to his tenure at Bellagio , Morton ’ s 30-year hospitality career iincludes serving as president and chief operating officer at Monte Carlo in Las Vegas as well as holding several management positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts throughout the United States and Canada .
Although he initially aspired to become a professional hockey player , Morton ’ s interest in hospitality began as a teenager when he worked for his family ’ s business , 401 Inns .
Morton is a graduate of George Brown College in Toronto . He currently is a member of Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs and has served as secretary , treasurer and vice chairman of the Nevada Hotel Lodging Association .

Owner and manager , Le Sirenuse Positano , Italy
Truly a family-operated business since Le Sirenuse opened in 1951 , current-day hotel manager and owner Antonio Sersale took the reins of the hotel from his father Franco and uncle Marchesi in 1994 and continues the tradition that has transformed his family ’ s home into one of the world ’ s most personal properties .
Having studied at Switzerland ’ s École hôtelière de Lausanne , Sersale started his hotel career in New York as a trainee at the Leading Hotels of the World , then at the Hilton International in Puerto Rico , Mayfair Regent New York and later the Ritz-Carlton in Washington , D . C . as director of guest services . He also worked as assistant manager of Cala Di Volpe Hotel in Costa Smeralda , Sardinia , from 1991 until 1992 .
Today , the luxury Le Sirenuse has 58 majolica-tiled rooms with Carla , Sesale ’ s wife , looking after the boutique ; brother Paolo collects furnishings ; Paulo ’ s daughter Giulia is responsible for all terraces and plants ; and Marina , Paolo ’ s other daughter , creates Le Sirenuse ’ s signature fragrance . Staying true to family form , Sersale ’ s oldest son , Aldo , is following in his father ’ s footsteps and is currently a student at the École hôtelière de Lausanne .
