SAMHI ’ s portfolio now includes seven hotels in operation with four more set to open this year and 13 in the pipeline . For growth SAMHI is restricting itself to India ’ s largest cities such as Mumbai , Delhi , Kolkatta , Bangalore and Hyderabad .
SAMHI ’ s approach of building and acquiring for expansion under multiple global brands is similar to that of developer Duet India Hotels , Gurgaon . Duet has signed a joint venture with IHG and also works with Starwood and JHM Interstate Hotels India Pvt . Ltd .
