 Since he was appointed president of The Breakers Palm Beach in 1994 , Paul Leone ’ s efforts have led to dramatic improvements in team member satisfaction , customer service and profitability at the 540- room Italian Renaissance  | 
  property . Leone has also integrated corporate social responsibility into The Breakers ’ organization by focusing on the quality of life of his employees , community engagement and respect for the environment . 
 Leone joined The

 Breakers in 1985 as controller . He was later promoted to vice president and CFO , and in 1994 became president of The Breakers and owning company Flagler System . Most recently , Leone was appointed director of both entities .  | 
EDWARD MADY REGIONAL DIRECTOR , DORCHESTER COLLECTION ; GM , THE BEVERLY HILLS HOTEL , CALIFORNIA

  Named general manager of The Beverly Hills Hotel in 2011 , Ed Mady is responsible for all operations of the 210-room “ Pink Palace .” Mady also oversees Hotel Bel-Air . 
 Mady has worked with Dorchester Collection since June 2009 , serving

  as general manager of The New York Palace , where he significantly impacted service levels and achieved unprecedented employee satisfaction results . 
 Prior , Mady spent two decades with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co .

 He also held leadership positions with Helmsley Hotels , Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts . He began in hospitality as assistant chief steward with The Royal Hotel in Toronto in 1974 .  |

 Frank Marrenbach became CEO of the Oetker Hotel Management Co . in 2008 . The Oetker Group currently owns Le Bristol Paris ; Hôtel du Cap Eden-Roc , Antibes ; Chateau St . Martin & Spa in Vence , France ;  | 
 and Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa Baden-Baden . Management contracts have been signed for Palais Namaskar , Marrakech ; Hotel Saint Barth Isle de France , French West Indies ; and L ’ Apogée Courchevel , opening in December .  | 
 Marrenbach started his career at the Steigenberger Parkhotel in Düsseldorf . In 1997 , he moved in as resident manager at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa in Baden-Baden , and in 2000 became managing director .  |
