Caucasus hotel & Restaurant Complex is situated
on the way to Ashtarak, near Vahagni resident. The
complex reflects the culture and history of the ancient
country. It has been the desire of the founders of
“Caucasus” complex to evoke and appropriately present
the traditions and habits of our ancestors’ hospitality
engraved through centuries, the famous but forgotten delicacies and dishes of the rich,
Caucasian cuisine. The secret of the inimitable taste of the delicacies and dishes here
are the traditional recipes of the Caucasian cuisine, using only high-quality foodstuffs
and spices. However, being part of the service industry, “Caucasus” restaurant and
hotel complex is not limited by that function. It is intended at the same time to best
introduce Armenian history especially to foreign guests, reminding locals about the
road travelled by their glorious, Armenian ancestors.
It is first and foremost for this reason that “Caucasus” restaurant complex
consists of sumptuous halls bearing the names of four, Armenian royal dynasties.
Each hall expresses the spirit of its time period and is decorated with paintings and
murals depicting the given era. With the goal of creating a harmonious atmosphere
and design, only natural construction materials have been used: stone, boulder, brick,
clay, iron, wood, canvas, bamboo, and straw. The chandeliers, lamps, balusters, even the
doorknobs are the work of a smith. As for Caucasus hotel, it is also within the circle
of the fruition of the ideological and aesthetic goals of the founders.
The hotel complex is first and foremost intended to objectify the centuries-
old traditions of the hospitality of the Armenian people. Besides that, it also has a
familiarizing function and is not just a place to be.

of the Armenian people, with Mount Ararat and
Aragats, from an ideological standpoint.
The hotel consists of 72 facilities of
different categories – standard, deluxe, luxe,
junior suite, family suite and presidential suite,
that guarantee full-fledged and unforgettable rest
with their convenience, luxury, and the beautiful
view that opens from the window. Rooms and suites constructed in a boutique style,
symbolize Armenia with their details, the entire palette of furnishings, design, and
used materials. It is enough to say that as in the case of the restaurant complex, here,
too, only natural construction materials have been used: stone, boulder, brick, clay,
iron, wood, canvas, bamboo, straw, and natural leather. The chandeliers, lamps,
balusters, even the doorknobs are the work of a smith. As a matter of fact, exclusively
Armenian stone has been used. And the restaurant bearing the name of Rubinians
promotes more meaningful interactions.
