It was built from the ground up for today’s savvy travelers who want more choices, more information, more authentic experiences, and above all, a fair deal. This “Underdog OTA” was conceived by veteran hoteliers who saw their profits squeezed due to the high commissions paid to the dominant OTAs. This ultimately had an impact on quality. They wanted to give power back to the hotels so they, in turn, could increase the overall satisfaction of their customers.
