over the beach front and the hillside. He reports directly
to Operation Director of Nongsa Resorts.

worked with are the Hyatt, Shangri-la ,Starwood,Golden Orchid Hotel, Iririki
Island & Spa Resorts, The Empire Hotel & Country Club and Nongsa Resorts.

1.Welcome back to Indonesia, Mr. Sumantri.you have spending most of
your career abroad in Brunei, Vietnam, Malaysia,Saudi Arabia and South
Pacific. What makes you come back to Indonesia?
Indonesia will always be my homeland. I am pleased to be back in my country.
Working-wise, in Brunei, it was my highest privilege to be able to work with
the royal family, it is phenomenal! words could not describe how privilege I
was to be part of the team.
In Vietnam, it was one of the growing market in terms of hospitality. Malaysia
is my second home where my wife and my son region. South Pacific some say
its paradise, with crystal clear blue water, it is definitely a luxury vacation destination and I am glad to experience the beautiful treasure.
In Saudi Arabia, home for 2 holy cities the Madinah and Mecca, where Muslim
around the world go on a pilgrimage to Mecca once in their lifetime and I am
blessed to be standing on my feet at where the most peaceful place on earth.
And now I am here in my homeland of Indonesia. It is the 4th world most fasters growing economic country. I am glad to strive my career in this fast pace
growing environment.
2. Tell us more about your property?
One of the reason i like my new home here in Nongsa Resorts, Island of Batam
because it is a place where I felt that the culture influenced from 3 countries
on daily life basis. There are Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. Nongsa
Resorts situated on the north-eastern tip of The Indonesia island of Batam,
the center of Riau Archipelago.
