believe that The Woodlands Hotel
offers a fantastic opportunity for the
buyers to develop.
“Saundersfoot is undergoing an
exciting regeneration and is one of the
top tourist locations in West Wales so
this is an excellent opportunity and we
wish the new owners all the best with
their new venture.”

Facebook to build
its own hotel in
new ‘village’
Facebook has unveiled plans to build
its own California ‘village’ complete
with social housing, retail stores and
a hotel, according to the Silicon Valley
Business Journal.
The video description states that
while the chances of being in a terror
attack “remain extremely rare”, the new
approach encourages everyone to be
prepared “should the worst happen”.
The Run, Hide, Tell message was
first introduced in 2015 following the
terror attacks in Paris in December. It
has now been re-issued by the police
in answer to the incident at London
Borough Market.
The video advises:
Run
n If there is a safe route, run
n Insist others go with you, but do not
let their indecision slow you down
n Leave belongings behind
Hide
n If you cannot run, hide
n Be aware of your exits
n Find cover from gunfire
n Try not to get trapped
Tell
n Call the police when it is safe

Willow Campus is to
create an integrated,
mixed-use village
that will provide
much needed services,
housing and transit
solutions as well as
office space
Facebook blogger
It will be located in a corporate
campus at Menlo Park, California
which Facebook bought in 2015 for
roughly $400m (£309m). There are also
plans to build 1,500 new homes at the
development which is opposite the
social media giant’s headquarters.
It will primarily be for the use and
dwelling of Facebook’s employees, who
mostly live near the campus.
In a blogpost, Facebook wrote: “Our
goal for the Willow Campus is to create
an integrated, mixed-use village that
will provide much needed services,
housing and transit solutions as well as
office space.
“Part of our vision is to create a
neighborhood centre that provides
long-needed community services.”
The review process of the
development is expected to last two
years with “grocery, retail, housing and
office completed in early 2021”. The
post went on the say that “subsequent
phases will take two years each to
complete”.
The plans have not yet been
approved and is expected to take
roughly a decade to complete.
