This felt heavenly and is very recommended for those who usually use their legs a lot, be it in day to day life or in sport. She subsequently proceeded to the arms, starting from the top and massaging the biceps downwards towards the hands. As she finished, she moved to another area where stress is routinely accumulated: the shoulders and the back. This caused me to deeply fall into dreamland, as the stimulation of the pressure points immediately made me drowsy. She skilfully moved down the spine and loosened all the tension of my lower back, in what was an incredibly therapeutic sensation.
