What do you like most about your profession? I have always enjoyed the relationships formed with the staff whom I have worked within the industry around the world. It is great to look back and realize that if you review your Facebook friends they now come from far and wide. What do you like least about your profession?  Hard to answer that one!... all job roles and professions have their challenges and good and bad days. The hotel industry tends to be in ones blood so we smile much more than we frown! 7. What do you like most about Hua Hin? Such a peaceful and relaxed culture exists which is easily felt when you stroll the streets, head for an early morning bike ride. 8. What is your favorite restaurant and why? Of course I have to say our new Chay Had beachside venue. But jokes aside the team have done a great job with this new venue and now after a few months operation we are seeing some wonderful support from the local Hua Hin community. I cannot think of a better setting for small intimate dinners, special occasions or wedding parties. 9. What do you like to do in your free time and why?  My son loves watching the football from Australia so that’s most weekends taken up. New places for coffee and cakes in the mornings is always an adventure and we love strolling the beach down at Khao Ta Kaib beach 10. What would you recommend to new-comers to do in Hua Hin and why? To explore all the back streets and local cultures that spring up in all places in and around Hua Hin. From the typical fast food commercial outlet to the street food, there is a great vibe all day.   11. Tell us a surprising fact that the public might not know about you? Many may have seen and know I have 2 children here with us here however I also have 2 older daughters that live in Australia.  For a young guy I don’t like a father of 4! 12. What is the most outlandish thing you have ever done and why? Have to say I am very conservative guy so nothing springs to mind. Besides the occasional fancy dress event, I don’t recall sky diving off a roof or fighting at Crocodile back in Australia just yet.
