FOUR SEASONS BANGKOK TO BECOME

Black Mountain Golf Club in Hua Hin will play host to the
inaugural Thailand Classic from February 12-15 next year,
where it will become the first event co-sanctioned between
The Asian Tour and European Tour to be permanently based
in Thailand. With a prize fund of US$2 million dollars the
event is set to attract many prominent golfers from the world
as well as some of Asia’s finest talent, including the best
golfers from Thailand.
The Four Seasons Hotel in Bangkok will be rebranded next
year, to become Anantara‘s new flagship hotel.
The luxury property, which is located on Rajadamri Road
in the centre of Bangkok, is owned by Minor Hotel Group,
Anantara’s parent company and from 1 March 2015, Minor
will re-flag the hotel as the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel &
Spa.
Facilities at the 354-key hotel include seven restaurants
and bars, a spa, gym, outdoor swimming pool and meeting
space, including a 550-pax ballroom.
The hotel will be managed by Titiya Chooto, who will
transfer to Bangkok from the Four Seasons Resort Chiang
Mai. She also previously served as hotel manager at Four
Seasons Bangkok.
Minor said the rebranding of the hotel marks “the
culmination of a life-long dream
