Great Food And Wine At
McFarland House
On a beautiful September 2nd
evening, those fortunate enough to
be in attendance were treated to a
rare and exclusive wine dinner at the
Hyatt Regency Hua Hin’s beachfront
McFarland House. The event was also
a welcome party for the Hyatt’s new
Executive Chef Ryan Dunn. Coming
from the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel
in Bangkok, Ryan has only been in his
new position a short time.
Each course of the 5-course meal,
planned and prepared by Chef Ryan
and his team, was perfectly paired
with Chateau Wines from Chile.
Guests enjoyed seared Atlantic
scallops, slow roasted organic chicken,
24-hour pork belly and a slow roasted
Australian lamb rack. Desert was not
forgotten and included textures of
chocolate and cream.
A great night that will be well
remembered by all who attended.
