Millers Bistro, A One Of A Kind Concept Restaurant In Hua Hin
Millers Bistro is an extremely unique
restaurant that is opening in Hua Hin
in late September. All housed in one
restaurant will be a Butcher, a Baker and
a Candlestick Maker. No, not really.
The candlestick maker is replaced by a
well-known Hua Hin chef.
The restaurant is located on Soi
91, just off Petchakasem and a few
minutes south by car of the Vana Nava
Water Park. Millers is housed in the
building formerly occupied by the Pom
Pom restaurant, however after a walk
through it looks like the building was
purpose built for them.
The concept is the brainchild of Hua
Hin resident Ken Moore. Ken is the
Butcher at Millers and will not only
provide all the meats for the restaurant
but will also sell meats such as sausages,
