HOMELESS FURNITURE TRANSFORMS INTO URBAN LIVING!
Pisa Cheng and Max Hansson owners
of Homeless Furniture have announced
as of February first, that they have sold
their successful business Homeless
Furniture to new owners Subphaton
“Matt” Kaewprasitchok and Joachim
Drewitz.
Matt, a Thai national has design
experience in the form of interior design
education from Raffles College in Hong
Kong and Bangkok, good taste and a
keen interest in all things to do with
interior design. He will take over the
more visible portion of the business as
the new General Manager. His business
partner Joachim, a German national and
former international corporate finance
banker, will use his practical business
mind and work experience to bring the
business to a wider audience. The first
step of the company transformation is
changing the name Homeless Furniture
to Urban Living, to align the name with
the changes planned as for new stock of
furniture and planned business direction.
Pisa and Max will stay on for a year
to assure a smooth transition, as well
of course, as the hand-over of current
ongoing clients.
Matt has plans to bring in furniture
ranges with a more progressive concept
through a modern contemporary
furniture range but will keep stocking
living room, dining room and outdoor
furniture. Products will be sourced from
Asian countries such as Vietnam and
Indonesia.
In a few months we expect to see
a notable makeover of the former
Homeless Furniture starting at its
showroom and ending with its website to
which additional functionalities will be
added for an easy online pre-shopping
experience. The pair is looking forward to
living in Hua Hin full time, as they find
the place charming and well suited for
business and leisure.

DR. DIRK WEEBER A FOOT DOCTOR
THAT CAN HEAL YOUR PAINFUL FEET
A podiatrist, or “foot doctor”, is a medical
professional devoted to the treatment of disorders
of the foot, ankle and lower extremities. A Podiatrist
trains in anatomy, pharmacology, general medicine
& surgery, physiology and other medical fields
before getting his doctor’s certificate. Dr. Dirk Weber
a long-time native of Thailand is just such a Doctor,
he runs two clinics in Bangkok and Chiang Mai
helping people with painful feet and legs. He comes
with the recommendation of Multi Culti’s own Khun
Lizzy after he successfully cured a friend of hers’
foot ailment, which caused her pain and difficulty in
walking for years. Even though she had visited Doctors
in Thailand and Europe, it was only once she visited
Dr. Dirk that the ailment was diagnosed and easily
rectified. She is not the only one, most people suffer
from feet related ailments that cause much discomfort.
The most common reasons to visit a podiatrist are:
bunions, corns and clauses, Neuroma (pinched
nerves and similar ailments), heel pain, nail fungus,
athlete’s foot, flat feet, hammer toe, warts and achilles
tendonitis.
