of Thailand unveiled her
SIRIVANNAVARI Spring / Summer 2015
Collection on the 19th of March at Siam
Paragon in Bangkok.
Inspired by the Napoleonic uniform
mixed with details from Neoclassic and
Roman Era, the SIRIVANNAVARI Spring
/ Summer 2015 collection is unique in the
structures, garments and the tailoring
technique developed by the princess as
well as her illustration of lucky charms
from the Neoclassical period with a
Dadaism twist reflecting on the signature
prints of the season.
According to Princess Sirivannavari,
“For the latest collection, I created a
variety of new structures. For instance,
the shoulders are rounded, echoing
the shoulder line of a vintage French
jacket. Both short and long length jackets
have geometric pattern. The sleeves of
women’s jacket developed from men’s
jacket. This collection also features
the so-called ‘Beehive Smock “. The
signature smock is mixed with pleated
to create the asymmetrical skirt. Another
highlight is the interchangeable collar,
which can be used as an accessory with
other looks “the princess added.
The Spring / Summer 2015 women
collection consists of 40 looks. In addition
to the unique silhouette, the spotlight
also shines on the splendid Dadaism
prints featuring those symbols from
Neoclassic period such as eagle, bee,
leopard, dove, horse, olive wreath and
