Since when it became contaminated?

In the past, when Vietnam was a clean and fresh country, there wasn't a lot pollution after the Vietnam War with United State.

In the plains, people planted trees, fruit, paddy, corn, etc. On the plautue, ethnic people planted coffee, etc. Fresh air was everywhere. There was no high builidings or apartments. Even it was hot but the combination of the air at that time wans't polluted like right now.

The rivers were clean, people could even swim with the fishes. Because there weren't any trashes in the rivers or beaches. Opposite to now, the water is polluted because of the oil rigs, ships, impolite people to let pet such as dogs or cats swim into the water.

Factories wastes go to the rivers, and the color, the smell of rivers changed. Most of the rivers have black color with trashes and maladorous smell. For example is Nhieu Loc River.

Then society developed, vehicles existed, hospitals, apratments, factories. I accept that it must happen so people can have jobs and money to live in this modern world. Howerver, people started to not control themselves in keep their country clean. Vietnam right now is a dirty country with many polluted districts. People live in poor condition with trashes around and mouses.

We better do something. The houses that live near those contamined area should be annihilate and government should give money for those poor people to buy a new house that locates in better condition. Good for work and moving around.
