It’ s one of the most taken for granted functions of the human body. There are so many things we need to learn about this most basic human function. Every breath you take creates a series of events in your body that can tune you in or tune you out of your own body.
With all the talk about diet and exercise to stay fit and trim, I want to show you another way. Let’ s stay fit and trim by letting our bodies do what they do best.
