Assistance Programme (EAP)
Hospitality Action’s EAP has been developed by hospitality people for hospitality
people with a helpline open 24/7 365 providing friendly and confi dential advice,
help and support for those facing problems, diffi culties or challenges relating to
home or working life. The EAP’s online wellbeing portal, Well Online, also off ers
over 200 factsheets, self-help guides and signposting all designed to help when
the unexpected happens.
With over 180 years of experience, Hospitality Action truly understands the
issues that aff ect people working in the hospitality industry.
The EAP is a proactive, fully supported, totally confi dential scheme that

working or have worked in the industry. We off er a range of fi nancial grants to
past and present employees within the industry who are facing diffi culties.
