The 27th National Restaurateurs’ Dinner

Last year’s event at The Savoy raised over

let’s see if we can do even better!
This dinner is organised by Academy of Food

initiatives operated by each association.
Over the years, funds from the dinner
have been invested in programmes such
as the Annual Awards of Excellence, RACA
Apprenticeships, Master of Culinary Arts,
Sommelier of The Year, Restaurant Manager
of the Year, Young Chef Young Waiter and
the Big Hospitality Conversation.
