Euroclub Hotel is literally situated opposite the Qaw-
ra main bus terminus, making it ideal for the client
they aim for: the British and European low cost trav-
eller who often foot it around Malta (although they do
rent cars!!). This also means that the attractive Qawra
promenade is a few minutes walk to the left and right of
this complex, close the hub of tourism activity on Mal-
ta’s north, including being surrounded by a multitude
of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and so much more.
We have intentionally used the word “complex” to de-
scribe this entity because the Euroclub is many other
things too apart from being a thriving three star prop-
erty. In this clean-cut and smart looking hotel, clients
are now able to find their own in-house restaurant,
pizzeria, coffee shop (offering a vast selection of pas-
tries, delicacies and ice creams), a Bingo bar and the
Watson’s Pub, offering live entertainment five times a
week. Oh, and there’s the big screen for those sports
aficionados wishing to follow their team while they’re
on holiday.
True - these are things we take for granted, but in
the management’s endeavour to be of service to their
clients they also incorporated an attractive outdoor/
indoor pools and ample sun terraces. A proper wheel-
chair ramp also facilitates the use of the hotel by the
disabled guests and clients are served by eight internal
passenger lifts.
Mario Ciappara, the Euroclub’s managing director,
explains that he offers 116 bedrooms, all with ensuite
shower or bathroom, make-up mirror, balcony and
ceiling fan. Additionally clients have satellite TV, di-
rect dial telephone and hairdryer as well as daily maid
service and towel change daily, plus a 24 hour recep-
tion service. They also have the option for a refriger-
ator and safe in their room too as well as WiFi in the
bedrooms and laundry service.
The attractive Qawra promenade is a few minutes walk from this complex.
