Spring Valley HOSA has officially begun the State Leadership Conference process! The state leadership conference, hosted in Charleston, SC, allows HOSA students all over South Carolina to develop and demonstrate medical skills. This annual event helps students hone in on their interests by learning more about various topics in the medical field. In past years, Spring Valley HOSA has had many winners at the state level and even winners at the national level!

The process to be able to attend the State Leadership Conference is very rigorous. Students have to race to sign up for an event of their choice, successfully complete a guideline quiz, and turn in money in a timely fashion. So far for this year, all potential attendees have taken the guidelines quiz. Once the 30 students have obtained their spot, they will have to complete a total of 10 study hours.
