The meaning of life is the truth. That is to know that everything we live, what we are and what exists, is good with a limited perfection, collected in a perfect, eternal and infinite way.

As Thomas Aquinas said, "the contemplation of God is the happiness of men". It is about trying to be happy people in this life, understanding how to live everyday reality with an eye to goodness. We build life with every attitude and action. Most people do this unconsciously, but we could enjoy life better if these decisions were made with greater awareness.

An important stage of my journey was when I had the feeling of being much more than my "Little Me". I was reconnecting with my soul and the more I did it the more I discovered a piece in the search for the meaning of my life. Since then I have always tried to understand what my soul's dream was and to find meaning in life.

An important thing to understand is that there is never something wrong or something missing at this very moment in our life.

By living life, we are already doing what we should be doing. If we feel an inner urge to change our life and do something else, let's do it. But it is useless to think that our life is not right now, just because we do not find the meaning.

We are all here for three reasons: to learn and grow, to value others and to have fun.

Learning is a constant that will last a lifetime if we don't stop and bask in our supposed superiority. If at every opportunity we take a moment to reflect on the teaching learned from that thing that did not go as we wanted.
