Hello there! Nice meeting you! Today I am going to talk about What is the Greater Bay Area and some fun
facts about it hope you will enjoy it!
The Greater Bay Area is a bridge and the Chinese government wants to link the cities like Hong Kong,
Macau, Guangzhou and more with the greater bay area. The Greater Bay Area has more people living in
Canada and there are about 69 million people living in the Greater Bay Area! And the business in the
Greater Bay Area has more business than Australia. The Greater Bay Area’s total area is 56 000 km2 and the
total population is over 70 million as at the end of 2018.I know! That is awesome!
Do you know that Hong Kong works with Guangdong and Macao to check and improve air quality there
at the Greater Bay Area? And they also work with Shenzhen to protect the quality of rivers and oceans to
reduce pollution.
The Greater Bay Area is focusing on latest technology and they were hoping Hong Kong has electric cars by
2020.the government supports the development of Hong Kong’s quality healthcare services in the greater
bay area. Well that’s a bit of the reason why the Greater Bay Area has better hospital qualities and people
there are really healthy.
